Kristen offers weight loss support groups that focus on healthy, incremental change. Meeting for six to eight weeks, these classes help individuals make lifestyle changes to increase their activity as well as improve their eating habits to lose weight and keep it off.
Each class includes a workout that can be done easily at home, recipes, and a specific focus or goal for each week for class members. Working together to support one another, individuals can hold each other accountable and stay inspired to meet their fitness goals.
