This is a class designed to combine cardiovascular, strength, balance, and core and flexibility training for a complete and full body workout. A class for all abilities and fitness levels - no experience is necessary! I will provide instruction on how to level the various exercises we will do so everyone will feel comfortable and also be appropriately challenged. This class will be held virtually on Zoom. Ideally, you will need a chair, hand held weights, resistance bands, and have a small ball or pillow handy, and wear clothing and sneakers that you can move in comfortably. If you don’t have equipment you can do exercises with just your body weight and work on improving your range of motion for your muscles/joints. We will make it work and have fun moving together and building our strength, balance, and core strength.

A great way to start you day! Work at your own pace in this circuit training class which combines strength training, cardiovascular training, core, flexibility, and balance exercises to increase your overall fitness. This circuit style class will keep you moving and Kristen will provide options so that you can do a workout that is appropriate for you and your body. Equipment we will use: free weights, resistance band, mat or rug for floor exercises. We will use what you have and you can do body weight exercises and range of motion exercises if you don’t have any equipment. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and make sure you have a water bottle.
