Kristen loves helping people with their fitness journeys – whether you are just getting started or want to refresh your current fitness routine. Kristen will meet with you virtually via Zoom or FaceTime and provide customized workouts, support, and encouragement to keep you motivated, safe, and appropriately challenged. She will develop an exercise program with you to serve your individual needs using simple and inexpensive equipment.
You can expect Kristen to start with a thorough assessment to determine your individual needs and help you set meaningful goals.

One Month Personal Training for New Clients
Want to begin your fitness journey with Kristen? This is a special offer for just new clients. This initial package will give you 4 training sessions with Kristen over the course of one month. It includes a complete assessment and goal setting session to clarify our work together. Then Kristen will create a customized exercise program for you including photographs of your exercises and a clear and easy way to track your workouts between your sessions with her. You will have 4 sessions for the month to fine tune your program and learn your exercises focusing on correct form. Kristen will give you the support and accountability that you need to stay on track and establish a fitness routine into your busy lifestyle.
One Month Personal Training for Returning Clients
Six Month Personal Training Package
Are you ready to commit to your fitness program and stay committed to your goals? This package includes 6 months of personal training at a discounted rate. This package includes weekly meetings with Kristen over a 6 month period. Kristen will adjust your workouts as you get stronger and help you refine and achieve your fitness goals. If you are committed to your goals and ready to invest in yourself this is the plan for you. Kristen will help you hold yourself accountable and stay committed to your fitness plan.
