We use a holistic approach to personal training by examining diet, physical activity, and lifestyle stresses to help individuals make changes to improve their body’s health as well as their own personal well being. After a thorough assessment we develop individualized, comprehensive exercise and nutrition programs to help our clients meet their goals. We are available to meet with our clients in their homes or workplace, in our own studio, or in several local gyms.
